This is an individual, two-storey penthouse apartment, situated in a magnificent converted warehouse in the very trendy Collingwood warehouse precinct, right in the heart of Collingwood. Smith, Gertrude and Brunswick Streets are at your doorstep. It’s very secure building that requires an access code to enter.
Each floor of the penthouse has a huge deck that is perfect for an outdoor meal or catching some sun. Decorated in Scandinavian style decor, spacious and light filled with floor to ceiling windows, the apartment features a stunning marble bathroom with an oversized rain shower head. It includes two large outdoor decks/patios with city views from the upper floors of the large, renovated warehouse area. Excellent facilities with an LCD TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, free Netflix and security, reserved, undercover car parking are all included.
Perfect for couples or smaller families, this modern apartment has spacious living areas indoors and out, a large, amazing kitchen with generous bench space and top line appliances, and two bedrooms with a bathroom with rainforest shower head and powder room. The second queen bedroom can be split into two single beds if need be. It also includes central heating and air-conditioning, secure building with intercom entry, and secure, undercover car space.

There's also a cot and high chair available for a small fee if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot. It's easy to get to the StayCentral on George apartment. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, you can take the No. 86 Tram (to Plenty Road) up Bourke St, and get off at Stop a8 at Hodgson St on Smith St, and walk 250m to the apartment.
This apartment is very centrally located and the CBD is only a 15 – 20 minute walk. The number 86 tram along Smith street goes directly into the CBD.
The closest train station is Collingwood but funnily enough it is located on the other side of Hoddle Street in Abbotsford.
The closest Melbourne bike share station is located on Brewery Lane which is only about a 2 or 3 minute walk from the apartment.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Portacots and high chairs are available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to:
· provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
· provide the matching photo ID
· sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
We require a minimum security bond of $1,500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be pre-authorised or charged to your credit card up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to damage check). The bond will be charged for any excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
