THE APARTMENT:
Situated at the northern end of the Melbourne CBD, close to the Carlton Gardens, Oasis on Mackenzie offers the perfect CBD living experience. This fully furnished, light filled one bedroom apartment in the popular 33M residential complex has a peaceful outlook, with green views over the swimming pool.
The comfortable queen bedroom has a built in robe and floor to ceiling windows. A European style kitchen has all modern appliances including Miele oven & stove top, a dishwasher and Fridge. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, a European laundry with both washing machine and clothes dryer, secure intercom and a chic bathroom containing a built in mirrored cupboard and a good sized shower.
The living area features a dining table, comfy couch and smart TV with Netflix included, or log in to your own streaming service. The balcony beckons with it's lush view for after work drinks or Sunday morning coffee.
For longer stays, access to the pool and gym can be arranged, once an induction has been completed. Inductions are only available on a Wednesday.

We love the location of our apartment with the city conveniences close by: eg the theatres, QV and Melbourne Central, but we also love the iconic buildings of Old Melbourne Gaol, State Library and Exhibition Buildings only short walk away. Not to mention Lygon St just up the road... Then when we've had enough, we love opening our door and being greeted by our leafy outlook. It is so nice to be in the CBD but to close out the noise and enjoy the peace of our comfortable home in the city. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

MINIMUM STAYS:

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
Between 30 & 90 days in advance, the minimum stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the minimum stay is 28 nights

This apartment is in an amazing location for a city stay. Within seconds to RMIT University, Melbourne Central shops and train, QV shopping, Lygon Street restaurants, and an array of city attractions and transport. St Vincent’s Hospital, St Vincent’s Private and the Royal Eye and Ear Hospital are within 10 mins walk. You will love this location.
GETTING THERE & GETTING AROUND
It's easy to get to the apartment. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, you can take the No. 35 Tram (City Circle) or the No 30 Tram (St Vincent's Plaza) from stop #119 on the corner of Latrobe St and Spencer St, and get off at Stop 6 at Russell St and walk 250m to the apartment. Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
