DESCRIPTION:
This is an individual townhouse, tucked into a new townhouse complex behind Sydney Road, and very close to Jewel Train Station and trams. 
 
It is spread over four levels, so it is not recommended for the elderly, or anyone who has a concern about a lot of stairs. Your guests or family members can, however, get away with their own space or get together in either living area: the kitchen/dining/sitting area on Level 3, or in the large family/lounge area on level 4. This also opens onto a deck which overlooks the historic terrace-type buildings of Brunswick, with a view of the city and in the distance, the Dandenong Mountains.
 
Perfect for five or six, this brand-new townhouse has 3 bedrooms. 2 rooms have queen beds and 1 room has 2 single beds. 
Your Brunswick Central Townhouse includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities with separate washing machine and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. All main windows, including the bedrooms are double glazed for comfortable temperature control and quiet nights all year round.
Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating are provided in the living area and in two bedrooms. All modern kitchen appliances are fitted here; including coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas cooktop and range hood. All the essential utensils are provided.

We love staying in Brunswick when we come to visit Melbourne. It's such a vibrant and exciting place to stay due to its diverse mix of friendly residents, creating a strong sense of belonging which is hard to find elsewhere. Our favourite aspects of the townhouse are its beautiful timber floors and staircases, and the large lounge room on the top level, which is just incredible, especially at night.
 
LOCATION:
The address is 2 Union St, Brunswick. It has a Walk Score of 97 out of 100. 2 Union Street is a three-minute walk from the Upfield City (Flinders Street) - Upfield at the Jewell Railway Station (Brunswick) stop. Nearby massive parks include Royal Park and Princes Park
The Vibe Hotel and Princes Park Motor Inn, also known as the Best Western, used to be located nearby, but are no longer operating. StayCentral Melbourne Corporate Apartments is now the only four-star, self-contained apartment provider in the area, that has a 125% Satisfaction Guarantee. *
Brunswick Central Townhouse is located in the lively Sydney Road precinct of Brunswick, close to Princes Park, Royal Park, Carlton, Lygon St & the Airport, and is only 4 kms or 15 mins by tram or car from the CBD. Along Sydney Road, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, countless restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, bars & pubs, and two supermarkets, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. Temple Brewing Co or Thunder Road Brewing Company are also worth a visit for lunch. There is a lively music scene as well. For more great restaurants and cafes visit Lygon Street in East Brunswick, only a short stroll away. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.
It's a very short walk to the Zoo, Royal Park golf course, Carlton Football Club or the Royal Park or Princes Hill Tennis Clubs. Take the tram south to Melbourne University, Queen Victoria Market and the CBD, or north to Coburg or Fawkner.
 
Getting There
From the airport, exit from Citylink at the Brunswick Road exit ramp and turn left. Turn left into Sydney Road at the 711 and it is the second street on the left-hand side.
From the city, going up Royal Parade, continue on Sydney Road past the 7 Eleven and it is the second street on the left-hand side. Full directions will be supplied on your booking confirmation, once we are in contact by email. 
 
Getting Around
Trams are on nearby Sydney Road, run frequently, and only take 15 mins to reach the CBD. Or you can travel north to Coburg and Fawkner. You can also walk to shops, cafes, restaurants etc in Sydney Road nearby, and some great restaurants nearby in Lygon St. As above, you can easily walk to multiple amazing places nearby.
Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
 
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. 
Arrival, stay and departure instructions will be sent to you 7 days before your arrival date.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
 
 
Late Arrivals
For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00 there is a late arrival fee of $100.00
For no shows, there is a no show fee of $100
For Public Holiday arrivals, there is an extra surcharge of $50
 
 
Check in
On check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions.

Pet Stays
NB: Many of our properties, (including this one, but no cats please), are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The pet stay fee is
not included in the rate and is $135 (base rate) plus $5 per night per pet.

SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTS
For stays of 28+ nights and bookings 
made within 5 days of arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable bond of $1200.00. Payments of this bond by credit card or International Bank Transfer will incur fees which are not refundable. Please note bonds may be requested at the managers discretion. Bonds are due 7 days before arrival and are refunded within 14 days of departure. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal.
 

CREDIT CARDS
All bookings require a credit card to be held on file for security purposes during your stay. Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our 3DSecure security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
