I was really surprised how quiet this apartment is. Being at the back of the complex, and having double-glazing and plenty of trees around it seems to insulate it very well. The other plus (apart from proximity to everything you could possibly need), is the trams out the front. They run every 6 minutes in busy times and you’re in town before you can blink. Who needs a car?).
The address is 6 Sydney Road, Brunswick. This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. It is only a 1-minute walk from the 19 North Coburg - Flinders Street Station (City) tram at the 19-Brunswick Rd/Sydney Rd (Brunswick) stop.
The Vibe Hotel and Princes Park Motor Inn, also known as the Best Western, are no longer operating. StayCentral is now the only four-star, self-contained apartment & townhouse operator in the area
Brunswick Vibe is located right between Brunswick & Parkville, close to Princes Park, Royal Park, Carlton, Lygon St & the Airport, and is only 3.5 kms or 10 mins by tram or car from CBD. Nearby in Sydney Road, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, countless restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, bars & pubs, and two supermarkets, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. Temple Brewing Co or Thunder Road Brewing Company are also worth a visit for lunch. There is a lively music scene as well. For more great restaurants and cafes visit Lygon Street in East Brunswick, only a short stroll away. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.
It's a short walk to the Zoo, Royal Park golf course, Carlton Football Club or the Royal Park or Princes Hill Tennis Clubs. Take the tram south to Melbourne Uni., Queen Vic Market and the CBD, or north to Coburg or Fawkner.
From the airport, exit from Citylink at the Brunswick Road exit ramp and turn left. Turn right at the 711 and it is the building next to it on the left-hand side.
From the city, going up Royal Parade, turn right into Park St, and take left hand turns until you are back on Sydney Road; just past the 7 Eleven. Full directions will be supplied on your booking confirmation, once we are in contact by email.
Trams are just out the front, run frequently, and only take 10 mins to reach the CBD. Or you can travel north to Coburg and Fawkner. You can also walk to shops, cafes, restaurants etc in Sydney Road nearby, and some great restaurants nearby in Lygon St. As above, you can easily walk to multiple amazing places nearby.
Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Late arrival fee*:
Arrivals between 18:00 - 22:00: $50.00
Arrivals between 22:00 - 08:00: $100.00
Arrivals between 08:00 - 10:00: $50.00
No Show: same rate charged as if guest was there, plus applicable rate for when
guest actually arrives.
*Fees will be higher on Public Holidays
(We don't have an office on site, so the greeters need to travel across town after hours to meet you).
On check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of
remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays
SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTS
Under some circumstances, we may require a refundable security bond of $1000 or
more. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning
or food or rubbish removal.
All bookings require a credit card to be held on file for security purposes during your
stay. Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our
3DSecure security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be
