I loved living in this apartment in this great location. It is so spacious and light-filled with great views over the bay and the Westgate Bridge (especially at night), and the downstairs gym and pool are so handy. They just don't make one-bedroom apartments this big any more. You are in the middle of a terrific café precinct where it is so easy to make new friends, and the beach and the shops are literally two minutes walk away).
The address is 57 Bay St, Port Melbourne. It is an eight minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram at the 128-Graham St/Light Rail (Port Melbourne) stop. Nearby parks include Lagoon Reserve, Hester Reserve and Crichton Reserve.
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. To the right you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

The easiest way to get to Spacious Seaviews from anywhere is get get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on Tram No. 109 at the end of Collins St at the bottom end of the station. Get off at Graham St. Cross the small park, keeping the Graham St, overhead bridge on your right. Cross under the bridge, and swing left, walking up the other side of Graham St, towards the traffic lights. Turn right on to Bay St, and 57 Bay St is about 80m from the lights on the Rouse St intersection.

The bus stop is on your doorstep. One tram stop is five minutes walk down Graham St and across the little park to the Graham St stop. It is also only an eight minute walk to the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram at the 128-Graham St/Light Rail (Port Melbourne) stop. Nearby parks include Lagoon Reserve, Hester Reserve and Crichton Reserve.
Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. A Guest Information Folder with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
60 days or more in advance, the min stay is 21 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.

Late arrival fee*:
Arrivals between 18:00 - 22:00: $50.00
Arrivals between 22:00 - 08:00: $100.00
Arrivals between 08:00 - 10:00: $50.00
No Show: same rate charged as if guest was there, plus applicable rate for when
guest actually arrives.

On check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of
remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTS
Under some circumstances, we may require a refundable security bond of $1000 or
more. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning
or food or rubbish removal.
All bookings require a credit card to be held on file for security purposes during your
stay. Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our
3DSecure security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be
accepted. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
