This penthouse, part of the Denovo Apartment Complex, is situated at the eastern end of the top (fourth) floor, close to East Brunswick Village. Its position provides for outstanding views of the CBD from the bedroom and easterly views of Melbourne from the living area.
Perfect for two, your stylishly refurbished and modern apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed. There's also a queen size “Eurobed” which is electrically operated.
Your Melbourne corporate apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities with separate washing machine and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Opening windows allow fresh air through the living area when you want it. The bedroom door can be opened onto the balcony as there is a wire screen door behind the glass doors. All main windows or glass doors, (including the bedrooms) are double glazed with thick, outer glass for added security and comfortable temperature control.
Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating are provided in the living area and the bedroom has a ceiling fan. The dining table has six comfortable chairs. All modern kitchen appliances are fitted here; including coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas cooktop and range hood. All the essential utensils are provided.

The location here is so convenient. The trams are a very short walk away in Nicholson St and in nearby Lygon St, where we also enjoy the great restaurants, cafes and bars. We have walked or trammed it since being here. The supermarket is also so handy next door. Did we mention the amazing views?
The apartment block sits between two small dead-end streets; Rickard St and Gamble Street which is off Glenlyon Road close to Nicholson Street, so it is a quiet location. Next door is the East Brunswick Village which has a supermarket, highly rated café, bakery etc.
It is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Merri Creek walk. Very therapeutic for a stroll, a run, or a great place for a picnic.There is a short walk to Lygon Street for restaurants, bars etc. Brunswick East is now renowned for its restaurant and bar scene.
The apartment is 5 kms or 10 – 15 mins by tram from the CBD, and is close to Fitzroy North, Carlton North and Collingwood. Johnston St, Brunswick St and Gertrude St in Fitzroy can be reached easily.
The Capital City Trail is a very popular cycling route which can be accessed via Park St, East Brunswick; which is very close to the apartment.
Take the exit from Citylink at the Brunswick Road exit ramp and turn left. Turn left into Grantham St, then right at Dawson St which is a continuation of Glenlyon Road. That road can be followed until you get to Gamble Street or Rickard St (if parking the car).

The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.
The No 96 tram is a 2-minute walk away in Nicholson St, and only takes 10 -15 mins to reach the CBD. Or you can walk to Lygon Street (about 7 minutes) and take the tram to CBD down Swanston St (Route 1 to South Melbourne or Route 6 to Glen Iris. If travelling away from CBD, you can go to Moreland (No 6) or East Coburg (No 1). You can also walk to shops, cafes, restaurants etc in Lygon Street and Nicholson St. You don't need a car. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Close by is the No 506 bus which commences at Westgarth Station and goes through North Fitzroy to Glenlyon Road and on to Moonee Ponds.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
A portacot and high chair are available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
Late arrival fee*:
Arrivals between 18:00 - 22:00: $50.00
Arrivals between 22:00 - 08:00: $100.00
Arrivals between 08:00 - 10:00: $50.00
No Show: same rate charged as if guest was there, plus applicable rate for when
guest actually arrives.
*Fees will be higher on Public Holidays
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
On check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of
remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions
NB: Many of our properties, (including this one), are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
SECURITY BOND- FOR SOME GUESTS
Under some circumstances, we may require a refundable security bond of $xxx or
more. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning
or food or rubbish removal.
