All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay. 

This spacious townhouse accommodation is tucked into the quiet back corner of a very small handful of townhouses at 125 Glenlyon Road, near Lygon St. It combines the room sizes of a large home with a large, leafy, outdoor balcony and a beautiful downstairs courtyard. They don't make town houses this big any more!
The open plan living area is very spacious, and like the whole townhouse, is very quiet, as it is quite some distance from the street. It includes a large, very comfortable recliner lounge, timber coffee table, large dining table with plenty of chairs, a flat screen TV with Apple TV, and an air conditioner for cooling and heating for all year round comfort. The living area opens out onto a well-protected, outdoor, private balcony. It has undercover areas that include a cosy table and chairs, and a beautiful, hand-made garden swing. 
The laundry/kitchenette facilities downstairs include an iron and ironing board, a separate washing machine, moisture-sensing clothes dryer and tub, as well as a bar fridge, microwave and a small supply of cutlery, crockery, cups and cleaning products.
Off-street car parking is generally available for one car, with additional free and unlimited parking on the street
Because the town house is tucked behind a large house it is protected from any noise so is very quiet despite being in the hub of inner city Melbourne and the best of Melbourne's multicultural experience

This is Melbourne at its best, multicultural, great for all age groups for dining, shopping, bike paths, markets, night clubs, bars, live music arts, theatre, parks and all so close to the city. You name it and Brunswick has it. I'm sure you will love it.
Nearby in Sydney Road and Lygon St just around the corner, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. There are plenty of bars, and a live music scene as well. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.
The trams run every few minutes and are only a very short walk away. The bus stops just outside the door. Tranquil Townhouse is on the doorstep of major tram routes, train station and bus routes. Parking is free right outside my door for 2 hrs or literally across the road free; 24 hours a day.
You can walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and trams to the city centre in Lygon St (2 min) and Sydney Road (6 min). Trams generally run every 6-8 minutes, and only take 15 mins to reach the city. Train to the city is only a 10 min walk away.
The bus stops outside the door going to Clifton hill, Thornbury, Moonee Ponds and surrounds
If you are arriving from the airport a taxi costs around $45. An Uber is cheaper of course. Alternatively there is a sky bus that takes you to Southern cross station in the city for around $20 per person. From there you catch a tram up Collins St - any of the following trams are good; # 11, # 12, # 48 and # 109. You get off at Swanston St and catch either #1 or # 8 tram to end up on Lygon St. Get off at Glenlyon Rd and turn left for a two minute walk to Tranquil Townhouse on the right hand side. There is a large house at the front, walk down the drive to the middle townhouse .
The Lygon St tram on the corner of Glenlyon road takes you into the city or keep going on it to the local bayside beach in Albert Park.

30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Service fee: $180 per stay
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.  
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
Pet stays
NB: Many of our properties, (but not this one), are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
We require a minimum security bond of $1,500, which increases for long stays and last-minute bookings. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, or by EFT, and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used must be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
