This is an individual apartment located on the third floor, inside a classic, older, Melburnian CBD building with a security entrance and an elevator. The living area windows overlook Flinders Lane below.

It has a gorgeous, Parisian feel about it. The queen bed is an expensive, high quality, pillow-top bed, and is very comfortable. All bedroom windows have double glazing for a quiet nights sleep. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it.
This is so well-located near shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and trams; as well as the many attractions that Melbourne has to offer.
Car parking is available nearby for a small fee - monthly rates are as little as about $11/day.

It is a three minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram, the 11 Victoria Harbour Docklands - West Preston tram and the 12 Victoria Gardens - St Kilda (Fitzroy St) tram at the 6-Melbourne Town Hall/Collins St (Melbourne City) stop. Nearby parks include Queen Victoria Gardens, Birrarung Marr and Enterprize Park.
CBD Little Paris is amazingly located amongst some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. As mentioned above, the tram stops are just 100m away. GETTING AROUND
The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Little Paris, trams are only 90 metres away on Swanston St or down Degraves St on Flinders Street. You can cross the road to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further.
GUEST INTERACTION
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Late arrival fee*:
Arrivals between 18:00 - 22:00: $50.00
Arrivals between 22:00 - 08:00: $100.00
Arrivals between 08:00 - 10:00: $50.00
No Show: same rate charged as if guest was there, plus applicable rate for when
guest actually arrives.
*Fees will be higher on Public Holidays

Check in
On check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of
remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions.
Pet stays
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTS
Under some circumstances, we may require a refundable security bond of $1000 or
more. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning
or food or rubbish removal.
CREDIT CARDS
All bookings require a credit card to be held on file for security purposes during your
stay. Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our
3DSecure security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be
