This an individual apartment located inside a classic, heritage, Melbourne CBD building (called Merigold on Collins) with a security entrance. The gorgeous, old-style, living area windows overlook Collins St directly below.
Perfect for two, your very well refurbished, split-level, Melburnian apartment is amazingly located in the middle of the CBD's cafe, restaurant and shopping district. Although it is strictly a studio apartment, there are large block-out blinds that give the bedroom complete privacy and restrict most of the light from coming into the bedroom area. Your swish Melbourne boutique, serviced apartment includes very modern, high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and large kitchen with lots of storage space.

StayCentral on Collins is in the middle of some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. The tram stops are just 20m away. You can enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country. Everyday shops, services, banks & ATMS and all your everyday needs are catered for nearby.
It is only a short walk from Chinatown, and some of the best shopping, theatres, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia are on your doorstep. Melbourne Central shopping centre, the Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens and Melbourne Museum/IMAX theatre, Crown Casino, the Emporium, Federation Square, and the aquarium are all within easy walking distance.
The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Little Paris, trams are only 20 metres away on Collins St or around the corner on Swanston St or down Degraves St on Flinders Lane. You can take a very short walk to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further. Trams are free in the CBD!
