This is an individual, three-level, 235 sqm townhouse located in a row of townhouses in Wellington St, with security front and back gates. There are two alfresco areas in the large, enclosed front yard, and an open outdoor space at the rear of the property, and an undercover double garage area below the building, with internal access to the property.
Perfect for 6 or more guests, there are three entertaining areas in this modern, spacious and luxurious townhouse, including a huge theatre room or separate extra large living area, three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus powder room; (including walk-in-robe, C-Bus smart lighting control in the main). Extra beds are available for a small fee.

All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

I love the sense of space and at the same time separate living zones allow everyone to relax and do their individual activities too. The close proximity to shops, conveniences, cafes and transport allow you to walk to everything and get around with or without a car. 2 mins walk will get you to Xavier oval which is open to the public on weekends and generally after school hours, the Gym and swimming pool. Schools are all close by with some within walking distance. The convenience of only being 6km from the city allows you to drive or equally catch the tram from the junction, which is only a 3 min walk. Collectively everything is a pleasure; from the dining table, which seats 8, surrounded by the garden, to the kitchen design that works with a sense of ease to the oversized media room that provides so many options of use. We love it).

Itis a three minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram at the 34-High St/Cotham Rd (Kew) stop and only a short walk away on Glenferrie Road. It's less than 15 mins to the CBD by car or taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Nearby parks include Alexandra Gardens, just down Gellibrand St, Cresco Reserve and Foley Reserve. 24A Wellington Street has good transit which means many nearby public transportation options.

*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:

On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to:

· sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

We require a minimum security bond of $1,500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used may need to be verified by our SecureID security verification process.
