DETAILED DESCRIPTION

This modern, spacious and luxurious, three-level townhouse is located in a row of townhouses in Wellington St, with security front and back gates.
Perfect for 6 or more guests, there are three entertaining areas, including a huge theatre room or separate extra large living area, three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus powder room; (including walk-in-robe, C-Bus smart lighting control in the main). The other two large bedrooms, (with built in robes), are serviced by a centrally located bathroom with shower, separate bath and wall-to-wall mirrored cupboards. Extra beds are available for a small fee.
It also features 90sqm of outdoor garden and alfresco dining, next to the perfectly manicured grassed front yard. The fully landscaped garden will be professionally maintained.
It features a huge, fully-equipped kitchen and Caesar stone bench-tops, large oven and gas cooktop, top of the range Miele appliances, integrated large fridge/freezer/dishwasher, microwave and walk in pantry, double sink and a spacious laundry with separate washer, dryer, large storage room and plenty of bench space.
This home has every consideration made for both style and comfort. The property has a central heating and air conditioning system, instantaneous gas hot water system, parquetry flooring, video intercom and a remote control double garage door, with internal access.
If you feel like a luxurious, spacious and modern, three-level home with light–filled rooms and high ceilings, this townhouse could be perfect for your family of 6 or more people.
The huge theatre room has surround-sound system and plenty of comfy seating; and a separate living area/study area/office space is serviced by another bathroom downstairs. The bed configuration is 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 king-single beds (that can be joined), and extra beds (blow-up mattresses) are available for a small fee
Artworks abound, and this home is exceptionally fitted out with every consideration being made for both style and comfort. The property has a reverse cycle ducted heating and air conditioning system.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

I love the sense of space and at the same time separate living zones allow everyone to relax and do their individual activities too.  The close proximity to shops, conveniences, cafes and transport allow you to walk to everything and get around with or without a car.  2 mins walk will get you to Xavier oval which is open to the public on weekends and generally after school hours, the Gym and swimming pool.  Schools are all close by with some within walking distance.  The convenience of only being 6km from the city allows you to drive or equally catch the tram from the junction, which is only a 3 min walk.  Collectively everything is a pleasure; from the dining table, which seats 8, surrounded by the garden, to the kitchen design that works with a sense of ease to the oversized media room that provides so many options of use.  We love it).  


We have multiple alternative apartments available, in inner Melbourne locations.

We have always sanitised our beds, carpets and soft furnishings regularly.

For a small members fee you are able to gain access to Xavier College facilities including the pool and tennis court hire.
Cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and great shopping are plentiful nearby in High St and Cotham Road.
Parks and gardens are very close by, including Alexandra Gardens, just down Gellibrand St.
Less than 15 mins to the CBD by car or taxi or 30 mins by public transport. The trams are only a short walk away on Glenferrie Road and on High St

Guest Interaction

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 days

30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days

90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days

We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.

NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.

 

*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:

Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00

Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00

Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00

Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in

On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 

·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)

·  provide the matching photo ID 

·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

SECURITY BOND

We require a minimum security bond of $1,500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be pre-authorised or charged to your credit card up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to damage check). The bond will be charged for any excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
