"Great little apartment in the heart of Melbourne"

We had a very good 4 days stay at the apartment. The location couldn’t be more central. Right in the CBD, near all the shops, trams, little lane ways etc. The place is very stylish, clean, surprisingly “spacious” considering its a small apartment in the CBD. The staff were very friendly from meeting us there to being helpful during and after our stay. I would definitively recommend it.

This is an individual apartment, inside a classic, older, Melbourne CBD building with a security entrance and elevator. The living area and balcony overlook Russell Lane below.

Perfect for four, your 82 sq m, two-level, very modern 2-bedroom corporate apartment is amazingly located in the middle of the CBD's cafe, restaurant, theatre and shopping district.

Your swish Melbourne boutique, serviced apartment includes very modern, high quality, bespoke furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and kitchen. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it.

This is only one of many beautiful, boutique, inner-Melbourne apartments that are so well-located near the trams, entertainment venues and everything you could need; as well as the many attractions that Melbourne has to offer.

Car parking is available nearby for a small fee - monthly rates are as little as about $10/day.

All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

StayCentral on Little Collins is in the middle of some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. It is only a short walk from Chinatown. The tram stops are just 150m away and they head in three different directions, so you can easily go wherever you want. You can even enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country. Everyday shops, services, banks & ATMS and all your everyday needs are catered for nearby.

Melbourne Central shopping centre, the Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens and Melbourne Museum/IMAX theatre, Crown Casino and the aquarium are all within walking distance.

Inner Melbourne and the nearby Southbank Promenade are famous for their world-class restaurants and shops. In addition, there are multiple food outlets, buskers and arts & crafts events. Just south of the Casino is South Melbourne shopping strip, and the famous South Melbourne Markets, and at the western end of Little Collins St is the huge and famous DFO (Direct Factory Outlet).

Getting There
It's easy to get to StayCentral on Little Collins. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, Uber or Ola, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, it's a short walk and a free tram ride up Collins St to Russell St, walk to the left half a block along Russell and turn left at Little Collins. The apartment is about half way down on the right hand side, just before Russell Lane.
Getting Around
You are surrounded by trams on nearby Swanston, Collins and Bourke Streets, but you are already in the CBD, so you walk to many places including Melbourne Central shopping complex nearby. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Booking fee: $80 per stay
Portacots and high chairs are available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.  
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
SECURITY BOND
We require a minimum security bond of $1,500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be pre-authorised or charged to your credit card up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to damage check). The bond will be charged for any excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
