Excellent Apartment !!! This property definitely has the ability to be a “5-star” Apartment! The staff was super great and helpful. We loved the apartment! Very comfortable and clean , Location was also fantastic. Will stay again if we visit Melbourne.

We had a very good 4 days stay at the apartment. The location couldn’t be more central. Right in the CBD, near all the shops, trams, little lane ways etc. The place is very stylish, clean, surprisingly “spacious” considering its a small apartment in the CBD. The staff were very friendly from meeting us there to being helpful during and after our stay. I would definitively recommend it.

We loved staying at this apartment. It was bright, clean and with wonderful views of the city. The location is great with many restaurants to choose from and many music venues.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a well maintained group. Clean, spacious, & with car park. So close to the Bay Road shops, this apartment was positioned perfectly. Ease of booking & access, I couldn’t recommend it more highly for a family of four. Thank you!

Great location, apartment clean and tidy with all the facilities I was looking for. Internet worked well. No noise from other apartments in the block. Would strongly recommend this both for the apartment and its location.

Fantastic location close to many arts and cultural institutes, a short walk from the NGV. The apartment is gorgeous, great view and the host was incredibly helpful. Impeccably clean and comfortable for a family.

Chris was a wonderful host. We had an extended stay of nearly 10 weeks and found the location to be handy to everything – with or without a car! Fabulous cafes and restaurants within minutes of the apartment. Bright and sunny, modern with all amenities required and a kitchen full of all necessities for cooking up a storm! Gym and pool were great and visited often! Bike hire nearby as are many walks and beaches. Buses or light rail to nearby suburbs and the city. Strongly recommend this Port Melbourne apartment. We loved it!!

We were on a 3 month trip of Australia and New Zealand. We stayed at 12 places for between 3-7 nights. This was our favorite place to stay. Fortunately for us we were in self seclusion here for 7 nights after flying in from New Zealand. It was a great place to stay. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms (which we didn’t need), good size kitchen with working appliances, plenty of storage, actual utensils, plates and silverware that is for grownups (not your typical Ikea or Target plastic utensils). Location is close to everything in the CBD. We walked everywhere. Resturants and pubs close by. Benevente Services meet you at “Little Paris” and were on time and thorough in showing us what we needed to know. We would definitely return here for a visit.

This house was in a good location for a large group, a quick 15 minute drive to Montsalvat and a short drive into the CBD. It was good value for money and a well thought out layout that worked well when the whole group was together whilst also catering for those that needed some quiet time with a separate games room and TVs in all bedrooms.

What a fantastic place to stay! Traveled for business and leisure together with the family. We all loved the location and the apartment. It was modern, spacious and well kitted out. It felt like a home rather than a hotel. Location is so handy to everything – Melbourne Central a short 3 minute walk, The Emporium, David Jones, Myers Store etc. In the QV there are plenty of places to eat, drink and enjoy a relaxed dessert if you so wish. A nice Woolworths supermarket within QV. Easy access to Melbourne’s inner city free trams; a short walk to the famous Lygon Street restaurants. Would stay there again!
