This is an individual two-bedroom apartment with two car spaces.
Perfect for four, this serene and secluded, quality apartment has a north-facing kitchen, living & dining area with a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning system, and ceiling fans in each room (with bedside controls)It occupies the entire ground floor with access to an outdoor area and garden, with outdoor table and chairs.
It has two bedrooms. separate lounge, and an outdoor area with table and chairs. It's very modern and chic in style; a combination of flavours from New York, Paris and Melbourne. 
The apartment has been recently refurbished and boasts an appealing open-plan, light-filled living and dining area that looks toward the outdoor area. Bedrooms offer a queen and two single beds with wardrobes and bedside tables. 
There is also a bright, newly renovated, central bathroom with modern, large floor to ceiling tiles and large shower. There is also a washing machine and laundry tub and cupboard, and easy, close access to the two car spaces - one is a carport.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies are supplied. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

-Trendy Burgundy Street offers a range of cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs, along with the iconic Leo's gourmet supermarket. "Burgundy Street" is now known as Heidelberg Central Shopping Precinct and has over 230 retail/commercial and professional businesses. A new supermarket, and many trendy cafes have made the area very liveable Over $1 million has been spent over the last 7 years to upgrade the infrastructure of the Precinct e.g. Aerial bundling of overhead power lines, resurfacing of the footpaths and roadways, installation of trees, seating, bollards, bike racks and rubbish bins and painting of all street furniture in the Precinct to 'Burgundy' to suggest the boundaries of the retail strip.
Leo's Fine Food and Wine Supermarket, Safeway, plus 20 cafes and takeaways shops and 12 first class restaurants, mixed with the Warringal Shopping Centre makes this area a vibrant shopping destination. Heidelberg Central is also home to the historic Old England Hotel.
-Very close to La Trobe University, Melbourne University and R.M.I.T; Buses and trains available to these universities from 1 minute walk. Other educational facilities nearby include the Melbourne Polytechnic which has a campus at Heidelberg West near the Bell Street Mall, as well as the private TAFE college KAL Multimedia Training. The Institute of Health and Nursing Australia and Viewbank College are also close by.
-Within 7-8 minutes drive or by bus we have two of Melbourne's large shopping centres, Northland and Westfield in Doncaster.
-We are also very close to one of the largest medical precincts in Victoria which include Austin/Mercy Hospital and Warringal Private Hospital. The Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital is also close by
-Heidelberg also boasts some of the best parklands in Melbourne including the Yarra river with endless acres of parklands, bike and walking tracks.
-Shopping is everywhere, Warringal Mall and other major shopping centres all within close proximity.
-There are also 3 gyms in Burgundy Street
-The Heide Museum and Art Gallery, is located 5 mins drive from or short walk.. The famous Heidelberg Artists are remembered along our nearby Yarra River Heritage trails.
-Montsalvat Artists Village is heritage listed and 10 mins drive north

-Buses and trains to almost anywhere; only 30 min from Melbourne international and interstate airport
There's a market on the weekend nearby at La Trobe University.
Getting There
The easiest way to get to Mount St from anywhere is a taxi, Uber or an Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport.
The cheapest route from the CBD is to take the train on the Hurstbridge line from Parliament Station in the CBD to Heidelberg Station, thenwalk about 100m to the apartment.
Getting Around
The Hurstbridge line from Heidelberg Station travels to the CBD in 20-30 minutes, via Ivanhoe, Fairfield, Collingwood and Richmond.
There is also a bus interchange near Heidelberg Station where you can take buses to multiple locations.
NOTE: If you only travel on the trams within the city grid, travel is free, and you won't need a Myki card.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the residence, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, and we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.

Pet stays
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different) (some exceptions)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys, fobs and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.  
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used may need to be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified may not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
