Serene and central, this idyllic two-bedroom, two-storey, converted warehouse has an upstairs study (with desk and sofa bed) and second queen bedroom opening via two sets of large bi-fold doors on to an amazing, sun splashed, paved alfresco, north facing terrace, that is ideal for relaxation or entertaining.
The upstairs area also has a loft, king bedroom overlooking the living area below. This spacious bedroom has air-conditioning, and a large privacy roller blind that shuts out the extraneous light as well. There is also a large, central bathroom with a large bath, separate shower; all with views to the city skyscrapers nearby.
Bathed in natural light, this quality warehouse conversion has a downstairs living & dining area with a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning system. There is a large stone kitchen with breakfast bar, and lots of bench and storage space.
There is also a Euro laundry on the same level, and a security garage on the ground floor.
Fabulous Fitzroy Converted Warehouse is located in the former MacRobertson Chocolate Factory. This was a confectionery company founded in 1880 by Macpherson Robertson and operated by his family in Fitzroy, Melbourne until 1967 when it was sold to Cadbury. This building was just one of fifteen, purpose-built factories, spread over eight blocks in Fitzroy.
It is only a very short stroll to the trams, and is surrounded by bustling Smith, Johnstone and Brunswick Streets, with their cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and wine bars, and the Eastern Freeway access is only a kilometre away.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
Extra vehicle parking is available with free permit parking on the street.

It's easy to get to Fabulous Fitzroy Converted Warehouse. From the airport, the easiest and quickest way is to just take a taxi, Uber or Ola, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, it's a short walk to the tram stop on Bouke St and a 20-minute tram ride to Rose St on the 86 tram, and Fabulous Fitzroy Converted Warehouse is less than 200m away.
