Serene and secluded, this idyllic, 80 sqm, two-bedroom, two-storey townhouse is perfect for four, and has an upstairs kitchen and dining area opening via fully retractable doors on to an amazing, 40 sqm, north facing entertainers terrace.
Bathed in natural light, this quality townhouse has an upstairs north facing living & dining area with a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning system, and bi-fold doors leading onto the sun splashed paved alfresco terrace. There is a smart stone kitchen with breakfast bar, and lots of storage space.
Downstairs comprises a king bedroom with separately sprung mattresses on each side of the bed, so your partner can toss and turn without you hardly being aware of it. The second bedroom has a splittable queen bed, so you can use it as a queen bed, or split for two singles. This bedroom has sliding doors opening on to the gorgeous, private rear courtyard. There is also a central bathroom, euro laundry and internal access to the lockable garage. (The clearance height when the door is open is 2.2m. The door width is 3010. The internal size is 3500 x 5500).
It is only a short stroll to the light rail, bike path and park, and an easy stroll to local schools, bustling Bay Street with its cafes, restaurants, shops, three supermarkets and wine bars, the beach and freeway access.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

We stayed in a Port Melbourne in a short stay property and loved the suburb so much we made it part of our retirement plan. In the meantime we are excited to offer it to guests to share all of all the things that make this place such a gem.

There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. To the right you will find Princes Pier and long, quiet beaches. Straight ahead and to the left you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. Further to the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

The bus stop is on nearby Graham St. The Graham St tram stop is four minutes walk away down Ross St and across the little park. Everything you need for everyday living is within easy walking distance. Just keep walking down Graham St to Bay St for cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarkets.
It's easy to get to Tranquil townhouse in Port Melbourne. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, Uber or Ola, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, it's a short walk to the tram stop on Collins St and a 15-minute tram ride to Graham St on the 109 tram, and Tranquil Townhouse is not far away.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am: $55.00

provide the credit card used for the booking

sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.
Important notice: The name on the photo ID and credit card should match the name of the person on the booking. The credit card should be the same that was used to pay for your booking. Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be pre-authorised or charged to your credit card up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to damage check).
