"Fantastic apartment in excellent location!"

This 2 bedroom apartment with off street parking was absolutely perfect!! It is in the perfect location, super quiet yet incredibly close to Bay Street shops and the tram station into the city. The apartment itself is immaculate with a huge kitchen with an awesome living room that opens on to a great outdoor courtyard. Whenever in Melbourne I will be heading back here

This is an individual 80 sqm, two-bedroom, two-storey townhouse with it's own garage, ground floor courtyard and rooftop patio.
 
Perfect for four, this serene and secluded, quality townhouse has an upstairs north facing living & dining area with a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning system. Bi-fold doors leading onto an amazing, 40 sqm, north facing, sun splashed paved alfresco terrace. There is a smart stone kitchen upstairs with breakfast bar, and lots of storage space. This also looks toward the rooftop terrace through the light-filled living and dining area.
 
Downstairs comprises a king bedroom with separately sprung mattresses on each side of the bed, so your partner can toss and turn without you hardly being aware of it. The second bedroom has a splittable queen bed, so you can use it as a queen bed, or split into two singles. This bedroom has s sliding door opening on to the gorgeous, private rear courtyard. There is also a central bathroom, euro laundry and internal access to the lockable garage. (The clearance height when the door is open is 2.2m. The door width is 3010. The internal size is 3500 x 5500).
 
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies are supplied. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
 
Note from the owner
We stayed in Port Melbourne in a short-stay property and loved the suburb so much we made it part of our retirement plan. In the meantime we are excited to offer it to guests to share all the things that make this place such a gem. We hope you have the opportunity to enjoy some meals or soak up the sun on our amazing terrace or a quiet morning coffee in our beautiful courtyard. (Check out our banana tree). Enjoy a walk or bike ride along Beaconsfield parade or along the dedicated pathway directly into the city.
Please don’t miss the amazing light shows provided by Mother Nature as the sun sets across the bay. If you have a dog please enjoy the multitude of dog parks and dog friendly beaches Port Melbourne has to offer.
 
We have multiple alternative apartments available, in inner Melbourne locations.
We also sanitise our beds, carpets and soft furnishings on a regular basis.

The townhouse is a four-minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill at the 128-Graham St/Light Rail (Port Melbourne) stop. Nearby parks include Turner Reserve, Hester Reserve and Crichton Reserve.
It is only a short stroll to the bike paths and park, and an easy stroll to local schools, bustling Bay Street with its cafes, restaurants, shops, three supermarkets and wine bars, the beach and freeway access.
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. If you follow the bike path beside the light rail line towards the bay, you will find Princes Pier and long, quiet beaches. Straight ahead you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. Further to the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

Getting There
The easiest way to get to Union St from anywhere is get get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on Tram No. 109 at the end of Collins St at the bottom end of the station.
Get off at Graham St, walk back and cross the line to the other side. Cross the small park straight to Thomas St, turn right, and Union St is 150m on the left.
Getting Around
The bus stop is on nearby Graham St. The Graham St tram stop is four minutes walk away down Ross St and across the little park. It's only 15-20 minutes into the CBD. Everything you need for everyday living is within easy walking distance. Just keep walking down Graham St to Bay St for cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarkets.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

SECURITY BOND
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be pre-authorised or charged to your credit card up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to damage check). The bond will be charged for any excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
