Close to shops and supermarkets. Tastefully furnished, on the top floor of a very nice old building that just has been renovated. Excellent location if you want to explore the city and/or if you work in or close to the Melbourne CBD. Highly recommended!

Perfect for four, your very modern, corporate apartment can easily accommodate seven people, and is amazingly located in the middle of the CBD's cafe, restaurant and shopping district. It is a three-storey apartment, from the 6th floor up, inside a classic, older, Melbourne CBD building with a security entrance. The rooftop deck is a hidden gem, tucked away on the eighth floor, and generally looks toward the south (towards Flinders St Station and Eureka Tower for instance) but there are views in many directions; including down onto gorgeous, historic Flinders Lane below. Your swish Melbourne boutique, corporate apartment includes very modern, high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, a huge kitchen, and has a gorgeous, inner city feel about it. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it, and the bedroom windows are double-glazed. This is only one of many beautiful, boutique, inner-Melbourne, StayCentral apartments that are so well-located near shops, cafes, restaurants and trams; as well as the many attractions that Melbourne has to offer. The rate includes accommodation for up to five guests in fixed beds. Up to seven people can be accommodated using the large sofa bed upstairs.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay. Private car parking is available in a nearby building for a small fee - and extra spaces can be taken at Wilsons Parking nearby. Monthly rates are as little as about $10/day.

Southbank to Port Melbourne, South Melbourne or South Yarra - great for walking, jogging, bike riding or rollerblading. Southbank promenade forms part of the Capital City Bicycle Trail, which circles the Melbourne city centre and some inner eastern and northern suburbs. A popular starting point for the trail is at Princes Bridge near Flinders Street Station. Bikes can be hired near the boathouses east of the bridge.
The Yarra River is a great way to see the city and hear about its history. The Yarra River Cruises show you and tell you so much about the city.

The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Penthouse, the trams are only 90 metres away on Swanston St or down Degraves St on Flinders Street. You can cross the road to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further.
It's easy to get to CBD Penthouse. From the airport, you can just take a taxi or uber, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, it's a short walk and a free tram ride up Collins St to Swanston St, and Little Paris is just around the corner.

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
On check in you will be asked to:
provide your photo ID
provide the credit card used for the booking
sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys etc and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions.
NB: The name on the photo ID and credit card should match the name on the booking. The credit card should be the same that was used for your booking.
Booking fee: $115 per stay
Rates have been discounted by 10% due to possible inconveniences of construction work nearby for the Metro train tunnels.
Some properties have portacots and high chairs available for $10/night.
Pets are permitted in some properties by approval for a fee.
This apartment generally has a minimum stay of 3 days.
Bookings made well in advance have longer minimum stays; (7 or 28 nights for more than 90 days in advance for different apartments).
Lower rates are available for longer stays.
We require a minimum security bond of $900, depending on the situation, which will be pre-authorised (not charged) to your credit card several days before your arrival and released back automatically by your bank after your departure (subject to damage check). For much longer stays or other reasons, this amount may change and the bond will be deducted instead of pre-authorised. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
