Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a well maintained group. Clean, spacious, & with car park. So close to the Bay Road shops, this apartment was positioned perfectly. Ease of booking & access, I couldn’t recommend it more highly for a family of four. Thank you!

The Bayshore complex runs right through to Bay St from Nott St on the western side.

Perfect for four, your StayCentral corporate apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, huge living and dining area, two bedrooms, a balcony, one bathroom and its own laundry facilities. Your boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, as well as a 50” UHD Smart TV with sound bar. The balcony door and bedroom window allow fresh air into the apartment when you want it.

 

(Note from owner: This is where I come to relax. It is always so quiet in this apartment, the way it is set up always makes me feel like everything is done. If I want to eat out, I am on Bay St and can go low budget or high class. When I choose to eat in, I can source the ingredients within a four minute walk. If I want to go out, there is usually live music at one of the venues. When I go for a walk, if I turn left I am at the beach, when I turn right I am heading toward the city. And the cafes? Too many to choose a favourite!)

There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. To the right you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00

Arrivals between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am: $55.00
