Excellent Apartment !!! This property definitely has the ability to be a “5-star” Apartment! The staff was super great and helpful. We loved the apartment! Very comfortable and clean , Location was also fantastic. Will stay again if we visit Melbourne.

StayCentral on Lonsdale is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-balcony apartment with a queen bed and a splittable queen bed. There's also a cot and high chair available for a small fee if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot. You can also ask for an extra mattress.
Perfect for four, this 90 sqm corporate apartment is well laid out for two couples or for parents with two children. It has quality furnishings and appliances, linen, beautiful bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. There is plenty of space for everyone in this light-filled property, and you can enjoy a glass of wine and nibbles on either of two balconies, watching the world go by, thirteen floors below.
Your Melbourne corporate apartment includes an undercover, reserved, security car space, unlimited Wi-Fi , Netflix and all utilities, Centrally heated and cooled, you will be comfortable all year round.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

Note from owner: I came to Melbourne to buy an inner-city apartment, and I was so impressed with this property and the location that I bought it straight away. It has a great feel about the upper-storey and the views, and I can walk to anywhere I need to. I just love it when I stay there.

The address is 618 Lonsdale Street and it has a Walk Score of 100 out of 100. This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. It is a two minute walk from the 86 Waterfront City Docklands - Bundoora RMIT tram at the 120-Lonsdale St/Spencer St (Melbourne City) stop. Nearby parks include Flagstaff Gardens, Enterprize Park and Eades Park.
You will love the centrality of StayCentral on Lonsdale . It is only a short walk from Southern Cross Station, and some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia are on your doorstep at Spencer Street DFO (Direct Factory Outlet). The Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens and Melbourne IMAX theatre, Crown Casino, the Sea Life Aquarium and Etihad Stadium are all within easy walking distance.

Getting There
The apartment complex is located near the corner of Lonsdale Street and Spencer Street, in  Melbourne CBD.  (Melways Reference Map 43, F8). 
If you have a car, pay for a short stay parking spot on the street somewhere nearby. (Read the parking signs very carefully).
The easiest way from the airport is to take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station just across the road. Or take a taxi or Uber.
Our mobile concierge service will walk you through the building, and show you where to park, and where your apartment is etc.
Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Getting Around
The trams are literally almost on your doorstep. From Spencer Street, they can take you to anywhere you want to go. Southern Cross Station is just across the road, for those who want to travel a little further.

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.

NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.  
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
SECURITY BOND
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used may need to be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified may not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
