This essentially new 2Br2Ba corner apartment on the 13th floor is lovely. High enough to be noise free. The building is amazingly noise free. Fully furnished with linens and all kitchen utensils/dishes/flatware/etc. It is quite roomy with a LR, and combo DR/kitchen, fully carpeted. The view to the south is lovely. It has 2 balconies, furniture and beds are quite comfortable, 5G wifi included. The building has a very large heated pool, and harder to find in MEL, an exercise facility. Location is great–1 1/2 blocks to the Southern Cross Rail station, 1/2 block to the 86 free Tram which will take you all the way through the CBD. Chris & Max were most responsive to whatever questions we had. We were there for a month and were quite comfortable. TAG
