Tranquil Treetops is a private residence that is only available when the owners are away. It has been designed for entertaining friends and colleagues all year round. The highlight of this townhouse is the rooftop deck with:

All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
(Note from the owner: I moved in here without knowing the area, and am constantly amazed by what shops and services I find nearby. It is just so close to everything. I was worried about noise from the nearby trams but I have never heard one. The cream on the cake though was the Psarakos Market directly across the road, I can buy anything I need there. I can even jump on a tram to the city and be there in no time; without needing to find a car park! I hope you enjoy my piece of quiet as much as I do).

Tranquil Treetops is located a stone’s throw from High St, city trams, cafes, restaurants, everyday shopping and every service you could need. You can even get a haircut, get your car serviced or shop for the kids or grandkids just around the corner whilst you’re here, and there is a huge supermarket, florist, jeweller and deli just across the road.
The frequent trams and trains are brilliant. From your townhouse, the trams are only 150 metres away on High St and the trains are about a five minute walk.
It's easy to get to Tranquil Treetops. From the airport, you can just take a taxi or call an Uber. If you’re coming from the city, jump on tram No. 86 and get off at Clarendon St. Alternatively, you can take the train on the Mernda Line from Flinders St Station and get off at Croxton Railway Station; but it’s further to walk with your luggage.

*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am: $55.00
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; normally a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
On check in you will be asked to:
provide your photo ID
provide the credit card used for the booking
sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions.
Important notice: The name on the photo ID and credit card should match the name of the person on the booking. Credit card should be the same that was used to pay for your booking. Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
We require a minimum security bond of $500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be pre-authorised (not charged) to your credit card several days before your arrival and released back automatically by your bank after your departure (subject to damage check). For much longer stays or other reasons, this amount may be deducted instead of pre-authorised. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
