(Note from the owner: I love this quiet, secluded apartment. When I bought it, I knew I could easily live in it. The local people, cafes, shops and restaurants are so like a little village here. The beach is a casual walk down the street, and the trams out the front whisk you past Albert Park and South Melbourne into the CBD or you can take the scenic tram up St Kilda Road).
