"Fabulous place to stay near the city"

We loved staying at this apartment. It was bright, clean and with wonderful views of the city. The location is great with many restaurants to choose from and many music venues.

This is a two-bedroom apartment: with a queen bed and (splittable) queen bed.

The tram at the end of this short street runs right through the middle of Clifton Hill, Fitzroy and Collingwood to the south and Thornbury to the north.

 

The small apartment complex combines the beauty of magnificent open-style architecture with light, water-filled gardens, and beautiful modern interior areas.


 

LOCATION:

If you want to be close to the city, but not in the city, this is the place to stay. Northcote is a somewhat gentrified area, so the area has all the benefits of a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and everyday requirements; yet it is a pleasant distance out from the city, so it's not in the city. It is surrounded by Brunswick, Thornbury, Ivanhoe and Fitzroy North.

Very close by in High Street, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. There are plenty of bars, and a lively music scene as well. For more great restaurants, cafes, bars and a brilliant cinema visit Westgarth village, only a short stroll down High Street. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.

Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00

Arrivals between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am: $55.00 

Service fee: $80 per stay 


SECURITY BOND
