"Luxury stay at 57 Bay Street, Port Melbourne,"

I spent 50 wonderful nights in apartment at 57 Bay Street Port Melbourne, the Apartment was one bedroom and comfortably furnished. it’s location was excellent as it was short walking distance to the restaurant precinct, bars, hotels, the beach and in my case a top of the line gym. There are 3 supermarkets, again in short walking distance. if you are driving the apartment included underground secure parking. There is also a small in-house gym and swimming pool for guests. The view of the Bay from the balcony is stunning and the beach is no more than 2 minutes walk from the apartment The 109 tram is a dedicated link to Melbourne CBD with all it’s shopping, theaters and entertainment, the tram stop is approximately 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the trip to the CBD is about 15 minutes. i rarely drove anywhere in the whole time i was in Port Melbourne

Ideal for corporate guests, Spacious Seaviews is nestled snugly up on the eighth floor of the modern Bayshore complex on Bay St, Port Melbourne, that has an indoor pool, a gymnasium and extra storage facilities if needed, just 150m from the beach.
Perfect for two, your StayCentral corporate apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, huge living and dining area, one bedroom, an office area with a desk, a balcony, one bathroom and its own laundry facilities. The balcony and bedroom overlook Port Phillip Bay just down the road, as well as the street and cafes below. The huge mirror wall even gives you a bay view from every part of the apartment. Your boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, as well as a 60” UHD Smart TV with free Netflix. The balcony door and bedroom window allow fresh air into the apartment when you want it.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

(Note from the owner: I loved living in this apartment in this great location. It is so spacious and light-filled with great views over the bay and the Westgate Bridge (especially at night), and the downstairs gym and pool are so handy. They just don't make one-bedroom apartments this big any more. You are in the middle of a terrific café precinct where it is so easy to make new friends, and the beach and the shops are literally two minutes walk away at most).

Pet stays
Not all properties are pet-friendly, however, we offer a number of beautiful homes that are happy to welcome furry family members. Please let us know if you require accommodation to suit pets as this requires approval prior to booking. Should this home not be suitable for your pets, we will be happy to recommend some alternatives.

LOCATION:
The address is 57 Bay St, Port Melbourne. It is an eight minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram at the 128-Graham St/Light Rail (Port Melbourne) stop. Nearby parks include Lagoon Reserve, Hester Reserve and Crichton Reserve.
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. To the right you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

Getting There
The easiest way to get to Spacious Seaviews from anywhere is get get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on Tram No. 109 at the end of Collins St at the bottom end of the station. Get off at Graham St. Cross the small park, keeping the Graham St, overhead bridge on your right. Cross under the bridge, and swing left, walking up the other side of Graham St, towards the traffic lights. Turn right on to Bay St, and 57 Bay St is about 80m from the lights on the Rouse St intersection

Getting Around
The bus stop is on your doorstep. One tram stop is five minutes walk down Graham St and across the little park to the Graham St stop. It is also only an eight minute walk to the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram at the 128-Graham St/Light Rail (Port Melbourne) stop. Nearby parks include Lagoon Reserve, Hester Reserve and Crichton Reserve. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card. 
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
 Booking fee: $60 per stay
A portacot and high chair is available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.  
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
SECURITY BOND
We require a minimum security bond of $500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used may need to be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified may not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
