This is an individual apartment in the new Southbank One building, in a modern city precinct right in the middle of Southbank, with a a shared outdoor garden terrace, well-equipped gym and indoor pool.
It includes a balcony with commanding city views towards the Dandenong ranges, and amazing views of some of the brilliant new towers amongst the new city views. Resort style common area facilities with heated indoor pool, well-equipped gymnasium and BBQ area, and a security, reserved, undercover car space is included.
Perfect for six, with a separate area with two extra single beds, (there is a privacy curtain rather than a door on this separate area), the Cityviews corporate apartment is brilliantly located; with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and trams, and Southbank Promenade all on your doorstep, you will love this apartment and this location. Your boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a full kitchen and laundry facilities. There's also a cot and high chair available for a small fee if needed.

LOCATION: 
The address is 180 City Road, Southbank, and it has a Walk Score of 84 out of 100. It is a Walker’s Paradise, so daily errands do not require a car. Cityside is a three minute walk from the 58 West Coburg - Toorak tram at the 115-Casino/Southbank/Queens Bridge St (Southbank) stop. Nearby parks include Enterprize Park, Batman Park and Sturt Street Reserve.
This extra large stunner is in an unbeatable location for a city stay. Located less than 10 minutes walk across the river to Melbourne CBD, and a short walk to the nearby St Kilda Road Arts Precinct, it is also very close to the Casino, and the Southbank Promenade along the river, with its award-winning restaurants, cafes and fashionable shops.
Cityviews is so close to so many things of interest. Here are just a few examples of local attractions which are an easy walk or a very quick tram ride away:
The Yarra River cruises are a great way to see the city and hear about its history.
 
Getting There
The easiest way to get to Cityviews from anywhere is to get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then ask for the SkyBus Link which has eight convenient stops around Melbourne’s city centre. Ask to be taken to Melbourne Short Stays in City Road Southbank, which is just down the road from 180 City Road, where Cityviews is located. If this is not an option, from the station, take the No. 12 tram from further down Spencer St, (just past Bourke St), and get off three stops later at City Road. Walk back to City Road, turn right, and 180 City Road is about 600m away on the left, before Power St.
 
Getting Around
There is a bus and tram stop around the corner on Queensbridge St, and it's easy to walk to nearly every major attraction in the city. Most of them are nearby. You can easily keep walking into the CBD or you can walk via Southbank Boulevard to the Arts Precinct ans St Kilda Road. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
 
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
 
 

Late Arrivals

For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00 there is a late arrival fee of $100.00
For no shows, there is a no show fee of $100
For Public Holiday arrivals, there is an extra surcharge of $50

 

Check in
On check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions.



Pet Stays
NB: Many of our properties, (including this one) are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The pet stay fee is not included in the rate and is $135 (base rate) plus $5 per night per pet.



SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTS
For stays of 28+ nights and bookings made within 5 days of arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable bond of $1200.00. Payments of this bond by credit card or International Bank Transfer will incur fees which are not refundable. Please note bonds may be requested at the managers discretion. Bonds are due 7 days before arrival and are refunded within 14 days of departure. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal.

 
CREDIT CARDS
All bookings require a credit card to be held on file for security purposes during your stay. Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our 3DSecure security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
