Getting There
The easiest way to get to City Panorama from anywhere is to get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on Tram No. 12 a short way down Spencer St. Get off at City Rd/Clarendon St (South Melbourne), at the corner of City Road. It's a very short walk down to 250 City Road. Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. 
Getting Around
This apartment is surrounded by tram stops to multiple locations. They are just around the corner on Clarendon St, and can take you to St Kilda, or the other way into the CBD and to wherever you want to from there; or you can just walk into the CBD quite easily. It is a short walk to the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram nearby at the Port Junction/79 Whiteman St tram stop in Whiteman St, opposite the Convention Centre. You can also access the 96 St Kilda Beach - East Brunswick tram here. 250 City Road is also a two-minute walk from the 58 West Coburg - Toorak at the 116-City Rd/Kings Way (Southbank) stop.
Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. 
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Late arrival fee*:
Arrivals between 18:00 - 22:00: $50.00
Arrivals between 22:00 - 08:00: $100.00
Arrivals between 08:00 - 10:00: $50.00
No Show: same rate charged as if guest was there, plus applicable rate for when
guest actually arrives.
*Fees will be higher on Public Holidays

remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions

Pet stays
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
Under some circumstances, we may require a refundable security bond of $1000 or
more. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning
or food or rubbish removal.

All bookings require a credit card to be held on file for security purposes during your
stay. Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our
