This is an individual townhouse with penthouse views in a small, new, apartment complex, tucked into the quiet end of Campbell Grove, with stunning views over the city of Melbourne. It combines magnificent open-style architecture with light, water-filled gardens, and beautiful modern interior areas.
Perfect for four, this is a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment offers a luxurious pillow-top, queen bed, 2 single beds, a separate study and a spacious city-facing balcony with outdoor settings. The study can also be used as a third bedroom for a portacot if need be.

This location has a Walk Score of 89 out of 100, and is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot. It is a three-minute walk from the 86 Waterfront City Docklands - Bundoora RMIT tram at the 30-Clarke St/High St (Northcote) stop. This tram runs right through the middle of Clifton Hill, Fitzroy and Collingwood to the city to the south and Thornbury and Preston to the north.
Nearby parks include Baden Morgan Reserve, Ottery Reserve and Merri Park.
If you want to be close to the city, but not in the city, this is the place to stay. Northcote is a gentrified area, so the area has all the benefits of a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and everyday requirements. It is surrounded by Brunswick, Thornbury, Ivanhoe and Fitzroy North.
Very close by in High Street, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. There are plenty of bars, and a lively music scene as well. For more great restaurants, cafes, bars and a brilliant cinema visit Westgarth village, only a short stroll down High Street. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.
The easiest way to get to Northcote Hill Penthouse from anywhere is get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on the Hurstbridge train on Platform 9, and get off at Westgarth Railway Station. Walk back to Westgarth ST and turn right, then get on the Tram 86 to Plenty Rd going up the hill, and get off before the top of the hill at Clarke St. Your apartment is 3 minutes walk from there. Just turn left on to Campbell Grove, just past the service station on the corner.
Northcote has five railway stations along two lines. The South Morang Line serves Merri Station, Northcote Station and Croxton Station. The Hurstbridge Line serves Westgarth Station and Dennis Station. An electric tram service (route 86) runs along High Street; north to Thornbury and Preston, and south through Clifton Hill and Collingwood.
An electric tram service also runs along St Georges Road (route 11), north to Gillbert Road, and south through Fitzroy North and Fitzroy to Collins St in the city. Northcote is also served by bus routes along Separation Street, Westgarth Street and Victoria Road.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
A Guest Information Folder with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments. You will also find a link to this in your arrival instructions. Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral.

*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to:
· provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
· provide the matching photo ID
· sign a digital registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for long stays and last-minute bookings. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, or by EFT, and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used must be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
