This is an individual single fronted, two-bedroom house with it's own garage, and outside spacious deck.
Perfect for four, this inner city, private, beautifully refurbished house has an open plan living/dining area with a very spacious kitchen with a reverse-cycle, air-conditioning system.
The deck area faces the east with amazing sunrises. There is plenty of storage space throughout. There is a central bathroom, euro laundry and internal access to a lockable garage. 
The spacious kitchen is well fitted out, and has a 90cm SMEG oven comprising 2 ovens, 1 grill and 6 gas hobs.

Enjoy a walk, run or bike ride around the Royal Botanical Gardens. This park is also alongside the city and the Yarra river.
The address is in Lennox Street, Richmond Melbourne. This location is very walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot. The house is a 5-minute walk from the 48 Balwyn North – Victoria Harbour, 75 Vermont South – Central Pier Docklands at the Epworth Hospital stop and a 10 minute walk from the 109 Box Hill – Port Melbourne from Victoria Street. Nearby parks include Citizens Park, Fitzroy Gardens and the Royal Botanical Gardens.
It is only a short stroll to the bike paths and park, and an easy stroll to local schools, bustling Bridge Road, Victoria Street and Swan Street with their cafes, restaurants, shops, several supermarkets and wine bars, the river, parks and freeway access. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarkets on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking/running and bike paths wrap around the Yarra River and botanical gardens. 
If you follow the bike path beside the river, the trail will take you all the way past the city to Port Melbourne and St Kilda through dedicated bike paths.

Getting There
The easiest way to get to Lennox St from anywhere is get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on Tram No. 48 at the end of Collins St at the bottom end of the station. Get off at Epworth Hospital, walk the same direction and turn left on to Lennox Street and the property is a little further down on the right past the roundabout.
Getting Around
West Richmond train station is further up Highett Street, and is great for getting into the city and the north east suburbs. The Epworth Hospital tram stop is 5 minutes walk up Lennox Street to Bridge Road. It's only 15-20 minutes into the CBD. Everything you need for everyday living is within easy walking distance. Just keep walking down Lennox Street on to Bridge Road or Swan Street for cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarkets.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. A compendium with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our homes. Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. 
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Service fee: $150 per stay
A portacot and high chair are available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.  
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
Pet stays
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for long stays and last-minute bookings. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, or by EFT, and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used must be verified by our SecureID verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
