This is an individual 80 sqm, two-bedroom, two-storey townhouse with it's own garage, ground floor courtyard and rooftop patio.
Perfect for four, this serene and secluded, quality townhouse has an upstairs living & dining area with a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning system. Bi-fold doors leading onto an amazing, 40 sqm, north facing, sun splashed paved alfresco terrace. There is a smart stone kitchen upstairs with breakfast bar, and lots of storage space. 
Downstairs comprises a king bedroom with separate sprung mattresses on each side of the bed, so your partner can toss and turn without you hardly being aware of it. The second bedroom has a splittable queen bed. This bedroom opens on to the gorgeous, private rear courtyard. There is also a central bathroom, euro laundry and internal access to the lockable garage. (The clearance height when the door is open is 2.2m. The door width is 3010. The internal size is 3500 x 5500).

The address is in Union St, Port Melbourne. This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot. The townhouse is a four-minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill at the 128-Graham St/Light Rail (Port Melbourne) stop. Nearby parks include Turner Reserve, Hester Reserve and Crichton Reserve.
It is only a short stroll to the bike paths and park, and an easy stroll to local schools, bustling Bay Street with its cafes, restaurants, shops, three supermarkets and wine bars, the beach and freeway access.There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. 
If you follow the bike path beside the light rail line towards the bay, you will find Princes Pier and long, quiet beaches. Straight ahead you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. Further to the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

Getting There
The easiest way to get to Union St from anywhere is get get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on Tram No. 109 at the end of Collins St at the bottom end of the station.Get off at Graham St, walk back and cross the line to the other side. Cross the small park straight to Thomas St, turn right, and Union St is 150m on the left.
Getting Around
The bus stop is on nearby Graham St. The Graham St tram stop is four minutes walk away down Ross St and across the little park. It's only 15-20 minutes into the CBD. Everything you need for everyday living is within easy walking distance. Just keep walking down Graham St to Bay St for cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarkets.
Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.A compendium with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartmentsFull directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral.

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights

*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.  
Please ask us about this if it may not be possible.
Pet stays
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for long stays and last-minute bookings. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, or by EFT, and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used must be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
