This is an individual, three-level, 235 sqm townhouse in Wellington St, with security front and back gates. There is an undercover double garage area below the building, with internal access. Perfect for 6 or more guests, there are three entertaining areas in this modern, spacious and luxurious townhouse, including a huge theatre room with surround-sound system and plenty of comfy seating, (or it can be a separate extra large living area), three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus powder room; (including walk-in-robe, C-Bus smart lighting control in the main). The other two large bedrooms are serviced by a centrally located bathroom with shower, separate bath and wall-to-wall mirrored cupboards. 
The central reverse-cycle heating and cooling system services the ground floor and upper bedroom level. Aircon is not needed downstairs, and there is ample portable heating on that level. It features a huge, fully-equipped kitchen and Caesar stone bench-tops, large oven and gas cooktop, top of the range Miele appliances, integrated large fridge/freezer/dishwasher, microwave and walk in pantry, double sink and a spacious laundry with separate washer, dryer, large storage room and plenty of bench space.
This home has every consideration made for both style and comfort. The property has an instantaneous gas hot water system, parquetry flooring, video intercom and a remote control double garage door. The separate living area/study area/office space downstairs is serviced by another bathroom.

I love the sense of space and at the same time separate living zones allow everyone to relax and do their individual activities too. The close proximity to shops, conveniences, cafes and transport allow you to walk to everything and get around with or without a car.  2 mins walk will get you to Xavier oval which is open to the public on weekends and generally after school hours, the Gym and swimming pool.  Schools are all close by with some within walking distance.  The convenience of only being 6km from the city allows you to drive or equally catch the tram from the junction, which is only a 3 min walk.  Collectively everything is a pleasure; from the dining table, which seats 8, surrounded by the garden, to the kitchen design that works with a sense of ease to the oversized media room that provides so many options of use.  We love it).

Getting Around
It's less than 15 mins to the CBD by car or taxi or 30 mins by public transport. The trams is only a short walk away on Glenferrie Road. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. 
A Guest Information Folder with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments 
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 5 nights
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Service fee: $180 per stay
A portacot and high chair is available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

Pet stays
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.
We require a minimum security bond of $1,500, which increases for long stays and last-minute bookings. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, or by EFT, and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used must be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
