If, immediately after 24 hours accommodation in any of our corporate and serviced apartments, you are not absolutely delighted with our facilities, with the comfort level of the bedding, with the appliances, with the service you have received, with the ambiance of the corporate apartment and the complex, with the closeness to public transport or with the closeness to other facilities, as described on our corporate apartments website, we agree to refund all monies that you have paid us. For your part, you will agree to leave the corporate apartment to take up your preferred choice of accommodation.
