This is a great location. Perfect for anyone needing a central place to stay while there conducting business, or for anyone visiting the city who’s wanting a fabulous centrally located apartment. It’s well-appointed and very clean (and even has a roof-top pool!!). Chris and the team handling the property are very prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this apartment.

This is an individual apartment that is securely tucked inside a refurbished Melburnian building with a double security entrance and an incredible, year-round rooftop pool. The east-facing balcony (and living area) overlooks Chinatown and towards St Patricks Cathedral, and has a very pleasant view; especially at night time. This is a one-bedroom apartment with a queen bed, an ensuite with walk-in shower, a large, fully equipped kitchen and a flatscreen TV, free wi-fi and reverse-cycle air-conditioning.
Perfect for two, your very modern corporate apartment includes very modern, high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and kitchen. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it. There is a laundry close by at the end of the hallway. Security, supervised car parking is available under the building and nearby for a small fee. Please note: we do not operate that parking and cannot advise of its availability and prices. 
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

Not all properties are pet-friendly, however, we offer a number of beautiful homes that are happy to welcome furry family members. Please let us know if you require accommodation to suit pets as this requires approval prior to booking. CBD Vistas is a two minute walk from the 86 Waterfront City Docklands - Bundoora RMIT tram and the 96 St Kilda Beach - East Brunswick tram at the 7-Russell St/Bourke St (Melbourne City) stop. Nearby parks include Parliament Gardens, Eight Hour Reserve and Burton Reserve.
CBD Vistas is less than 100m from Chinatown, and only a few minutes' walk from some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. You can enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country. Everyday shops, services, banks & ATMS and all your everyday needs are catered for nearby.
Melbourne Central shopping centre, the Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens and Melbourne Museum/imax theatre, Crown Casino and the aquarium are all within easy walking distance. The tram stops are just 300m away. You can enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country. 
Inner Melbourne and the nearby Southbank Promenade are famous for their world-class restaurants, shops and of course, Crown Casino. In addition, there are multiple food outlets, buskers and arts & crafts events. Just south of the Casino is South Melbourne shopping strip, and the famous South Melbourne Markets. Just north of 131 Lonsdale St is the Queen Victoria Markets where you can buy just about anything from groceries and meat to clothing and jewellery.

Getting There
The easiest way to get to CBD Vistas from anywhere is to get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then ask for the SkyBus Link which has eight convenient stops around Melbourne’s city centre. Ask to be taken to the Grand Chancellor Hotel, which is right next door to CBD Vistas at 131 Lonsdale St.

Getting Around
All the theatres and most CBD attractions are in walking distance. The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Vistas, trams are a stroll away in Spring St, Collins St and La Trobe St, to go in whatever direction you want to go. You can take a short walk to Melbourne Central Station as well; if you want to go a bit further. Trams are free in the CBD!
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.

A portacot and high chair is available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

SECURITY BOND
We require a minimum security bond of $500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used may need to be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified may not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
