Great location, apartment clean and tidy with all the facilities I was looking for. Internet worked well. No noise from other apartments in the block. Would strongly recommend this both for the apartment and its location.

DESCRIPTION:
This is an individual apartment that is hidden away in a small building in Acland Street near the top of the rise, and close to Fitzroy Street, a quaint, leafy, secluded, residential part of lively St. Kilda. It is not set amidst the shops and bars in the better-known shopping strip further down the road. Behind its double security entrance you'll be delighted with your well-appointed apartment with its airy balcony, showing off a nice aspect looking through trees. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the well-landscaped swimming pool, BBQ and surrounds!
Perfect for two, your modern, corporate, boutique, apartment accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment: with a very comfortable, pillow-top king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed. There's also a cot and high chair available for a small fee if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot.
Your Melbourne serviced apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, beautiful bath towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with a new Bosch dishwasher and laundry facilities, as well as two Smart TVs with Netflix in the bedroom and living room.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay. 
(Note from the owner: We have spent many weekends in this apartment because it is so quiet and relaxing, and it’s a nice stroll through the leafy hilltop location with beautiful old homes down to the St Kilda foreshore or the amazing Acland St strip that St Kilda is famous for).

Getting There
There is a Skybus that runs direct from the airport to St Kilda, but the easiest way is to get a taxi, an Uber or an Ola. Alternatively you can take a tram from the city; No. 16 or 96, and get off at Stop No. 135, Jacka Boulevard Fitzroy Street.

Getting Around
Trams are only 120m away on the corner, and run frequently into the CBD and around St Kilda Point every 15 minutes or so.
Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Booking fee: $60 per stay
A portacot and high chair is available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.
NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee and the pet stay security deposit.
*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00
Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00
Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00
Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

Check in
On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to: 
·  provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)
·  provide the matching photo ID 
·  sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us, or on the relevant credit card, as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

SECURITY BOND
We require a minimum security bond of $500, which increases for pet stays, very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The bond will be pre-authorised or charged to your credit card up to seven days before your arrival and released after your departure (subject to damage check). The bond will be charged for any excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking
