This is a one-bedroom apartment: with a very comfortable, pillow-top queen bed and double sofa bed. There's also a cot and high chair available if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot.
Your Melbourne boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, a fully equipped laundry and kitchen, and a 60” UHD Smart TV; (ask us about Foxtel Play & Netflix). Windows from the main bedroom and living areas open onto the large courtyard and alfresco setting, and allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it.
(Note from the owner: I love this quiet, secluded complex. When I bought into it, I knew I could easily live in it. The local people, cafes, shops and restaurants are so like a little village here. The beach is a casual walk down the street, and the trams out the front whisk you past Albert Park and South Melbourne into the CBD or you can take the scenic tram up St Kilda Road).
(Please note that this new Tuscany apartment is in the same complex as our previous one, and all the reviews prior to October 2018 relate to the previous apartment. Our guests can be assured though, of the same quality of service and decor etc that we had in the previous apartment and it's reviews; as we have in our other 30 properties around inner Melbourne).
