My family and I stayed at Catani 1 for 4 nights for our wedding. It was lovely and very close to all ammenities and a short tram ride to the city. We loved the closeness to the beach. The most wonderful part about our stay was that we could take our dog with us. We are looking at possibly staying here again next year on a holiday. Keep up the great work :)

Fantastic apartment right in the middle of Southbank. We had a great stay, within walking distance of everything wonderful in Melbourne, so close to the river and entertainment at the Casino and Arts Centre. The apartment is beautifully decorated and just as important it was super clean. We were very impressed by the concierge - so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic apartment; everything you need and more for a relaxing stay. A fully-equipped kitchen made the transition for us and our young son after being overseas for 5.5 years much easier. My wife (and our 2 dogs) have stayed here 3 times and plan on returning again later in the year. The flats suit us ideally, both in their proximity and their attention to customer satisfaction. We spent 2 weeks in Catani 2 (St Kilda) in February and really enjoyed it. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean, a great size and in a fantastic location. Very close to the beach and the shops but not so as to cause you any disturbance. We would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

Two things come to mind while staying at Bayviews Apartment at Southbank. Comfort and Convenient. Apartment was beautifully furnished, fully equip, very clean and lovely views from balcony especially at night. Would recommend this apartment to the most fuzziest customer. A credit to owner Chris for maintaining such a high standard.

Fantastic location; no-fuss access via tram, cab, or your own off street parking! extended our stay and tried to extend again! with a handfull of the best artists from around the world with me, we were all extremely pleased with our little find in Brunswick! definitely be back!

This was a very lovely place, close to everything. We stayed for one week and enjoyed all conveniences that the owner and others mentioned. Most of all, a very nice park was just across a street. We walked around the park after dinner and we loved it. We are tennis players and the Royal Park tennis club were also 50m away too. (Brunswick Vibe)

Great location in a beautiful quiet setting. Very peaceful, yet so close to trams, restaurants and nightlife. The city is very close, as is St Kilda point with its marina, cafe/restaurants and great walks. A really nice apartment to relax in. (Tuscany)

The (Brunswick) Vibe was a great surprise during a hectic work schedule. Comfortable with everything you need - well equipped kitchen with 6 of everything, spacious bedrooms, ample room to set up the mini office and not trip over each other! Tram stop to city right outside, restaurants and supermarket about 100 metres down the road, secure off street parking (for no extra charge). Surprised how quiet it was and how close to the city. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Catani 2 in Acland Street, (St Kilda), and I was impressed with the apartment. Absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean, I felt guilty putting my scruffy bags down on the carpet. I usually stay at Novotel when I come down, but your property is better value and actually nicer.

We had a comfortable and great stay at StayCentral. It was our first trip to Melbourne and did not know what to expect location-wise, but we were not disappointed. We stayed at the Catani 1 apartment and it was central to the shops and restaurants of Acland and Fitzroy Streets, as well as St. Kilda beach and the Esplanade. Short walks to all! Especially convenient to the trams as well. The unit was very clean and nice - it was also a huge plus for us that it not only had a washer/dryer, but had an A/C unit as it got humid and hot at times. We would stay here again (and we are picky people)!

In comparison with high-end impersonal hotels, I was delighted with the care shown by the manager in taking me on a neighbourhood familiarisation tour, complete with introductions to people in the village. I followed his suggestions in dining at Mikoshi (met the locals), Chinta Ria and indulged in Thai massage. Everyone and each experience was great! Comfortable bed. Quiet, safe haven! It's central. It's an apartment. It's got all the facilities one needs - own washing, dryer, kitchen, lounge, two balconies, privacy etc. And if I wanted to step out of that comfort zone then there's the courtyard (nice design), heated pool, gym. If I wanted to move out of the security of the place ... then I've got Melbourne at my door step ... to meetings, shops, cafes, bars, beach etc. Then I can return to my own comfort zone and do my own thing. In a nutshell it's probably the closest one can get to being "home away from home".
Compare that with a hotel room which is a pokey square and one eats, sleeps, works and whatnot in the same room ...then you've got to wait your turn at the laundry, eat what the hotel has on the menu, have a quiet drink in a bar that one may not particularly like, have people running around doing things like carrying my bag or parking my car which I can easily do myself, putting out the do not disturb sign if I wanted a sleep in etc. (i.e. extra overheads added to the bill). The main reasons we stayed with you were the location and the setup where there is a space between the sleeping areas. Very well equipped with appliances and kitchen tools.
